Our Content: All aspects of the FileFlow platform, including design, code, logos, and trademarks, are owned by FileFlow and Taskifi. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
Copyright: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload. We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown requests.
Service Availability and Disclaimer
FileFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss of data or interruption of service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
